Problems

Obviously, you are taking a self catering holiday which means you have no holiday rep to call for help or advice. However, we can be reached by telephone and we're generally only a few hours away for genuine emergencies. Additionally, we've several family members who live in the village.

Payment

We require a £100 Deposit on booking which is non-refundable with the balance due no later than 40 days before commencement. Payment can be by cheque, credit card, or even PayPal. In the event of cancellation once the balance has been paid, your will be refunded that balance should we be able to re-let the property. Otherwise, it will be lost. Holiday insurance would therefore be suggested.

Other Info.

All bookings are on a Saturday to Saturday basis with a leaving time of 10:00am. Please don't arrive before 16:00 or, if you do, don't! 

Prices are all inclusive of electricity, gas where applicable, and heating.

There are no hidden charges for pets. Thankfully, we've never had any cause for concern over any pet damage.

You do need to bring your own towels. Generally, when you arrive, there will be fresh milk in the fridge, coffee, sugar, and teabags. And if we remember during our usual complete panic house valet session prior to your arrival, there will also be a bottle of 'locally caught' red wine and a couple of glass's.

The key for the house is in a box at the front. We will advise you the security code to open the box on booking confirmation.
