Sleeping a maximum of four adults and one or two children in comfort. Sleeping accommodation is two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and one twin bedded room. Landervilla is  situated on the sea front and unusually for the village, has private off-street parking.

The photograph at the top of the page was taken on January 29th, 2008 on the shore opposite Landervilla with the tide OUT. That's the view! However, the same view shown from the Parrot House is also available if you look straight ahead! (I didn't want to use the same photo for both houses... in other words)

Ground floor has one WC and Shower room, accessed from the downstairs bedroom, a comfortable warm lounge, and a kitchen with compact dining area. Upstairs, a toilet and bathroom is situated on the half landing to the rear and a double and twin bedrooms are located at the top of the stairs. There is also a tiny wee single bedroom between those rooms which is only suitable for small children! In common with all seafront properties in the village, all rooms have front facing windows.

The front of the house has a low walled area with seating available for those long hot summer days. If you've a dog which can jump higher than a metre, it cannot be trusted unattended in this area! The lure of the sea always wins. There is no useable back garden.

The kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and a small utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

The Lounge is Traditional Scottish. (aka nothing from Ikea)

With the house's location, if the sun is shining, the front of the house IS in sunlight all day.

Both upstairs bedrooms are large and well lit with front facing windows giving views over the loch.

Finally, if you arrive and drive past the Rockvilla Hotel, you've gone too far! The Rockvilla is literally next door to Landervilla. Which is nice as it's not a 'beer' pub, just a nice place for a quiet drink or dinner.

Broadband Internet Access is available but you will need a laptop computer which can access using Wireless.

Due to the ground floor bedroom disabled access is possible though slightly awkward on the ground floor of this property, especially if a wheelchair is involved.
